Rev. Ivan Schoen served as our visiting pastor from July through December 2012, and on December 30, 2012, he was affirmed by our membership to become the permanent full-time pastor of the Spring Creek family by a unanimous vote of 59 members plus an unofficial affirmation by 18 non-members. He was installed as Pastor of Spring Creek United Church of Christ in a celebratory service and reception on Sunday, February 17, 2013, with many clergy, Spring Creek members and friends in attendance. This concluded more than a year's work by our Search Committee, having reviewed over 70 profiles and conducted more than 20 personal interviews of candidates who applied for the position.
We look forward to Pastor Ivan's leadership as we "make a Divine Difference...Together!"
